Acceptance of Terms. By using https://hammerhaulreseda.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Service Description. This Site describes Debris Removal Service, Junk Hauling, Residential Junk Removal, Commercial Junk Removal, Dumpster Rental provided by HammerHaul. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.
Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.
Ownership. HammerHaul (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.
End of Use. HammerHaul may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. HammerHaul does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.
Cap on Damages. Liability of HammerHaul arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.
Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HammerHaul from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under CA law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in CA for any related dispute.
Updates. HammerHaul reserves the right to update these Terms. The current version is always available on this Site, and continued use signifies acceptance.
